    Shipping Information

  • Artists are responsible for all shipping costs both ways.
  • This also includes overseas entries. 
  • UPS and FEDEX are two companies that can be used. 
  • Don't ship VIA US Post Office. 
  • Artists are asked to prepay the return shipping costs. (no CODs or Call Tags) to:              SWA Show

  • To arrive between  March 22-26,  2010
  • Mail a check for $30 for handling payable to:   SWA
  • No painting may be removed from the exhibit until the end of the show:    May 1, 2010.
  • Hand-delivered paintings must be picked up between 12-2 p.m. 
  • Paintings not picked up will be kept in storage with a $6/day holding fee.
